Bioinformatics Service Request

One of the primary objectives of the Alaska INBRE Biomedical Informatics Core is to increase access to biomedical informatics resources and expertise for biomedical and health research across the State of Alaska.

The goal of this Bioinformatics Calls for Service Requests is to expand the range of bioinformatics resources and services available to biomedical and health researchers beyond those currently available within the State of Alaska. Bioinformatics includes organization, analysis, and interpretation of biomedical and health related data combining the use of computer science, statistics, mathematics, and engineering to develop databases, retrieval mechanisms, and data analysis tools, and to analyze data and interpret results. Funds may be requested to pay for direct bioinformatics services or to support bioinformatics training including course registration and tuition fees and associated travel.
